200gr butter
100gr chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
2 tbsp flour
1 cup Bali Dairy Milk
1 tsp salt
Black pepper
2 pinches nutmeg
200gr shredded Raclette
1 pieces egg yolk
300gr macaroni
100 shredded Raclette on top
How to make:

  1. Prepare the stove and a pot
  2. Put butter, chopped onion & garlic. Stir well until its smell nice
  3. Add flour the stir again to make it well mixed
  4. Add Bali Dairy Milk & keep stirring in low heat
  5. Add salt & black paper at your convenience. Add 2 pinched of nutmeg then keep stirring
  6. Add 200gr of shredded Raclette & egg yolk then mix with all ingredients before
  7. Now add 300gr of macaroni and and mix it evenly
  8. The last step, add more shredded Raclette on top then baked in 220 Β°C in 30 minutes
  9. Your creamy Mac & Cheese ready to serve
